5.1 BOXING / UFC / MAA
a) When the bell is sounded signifying the start of the opening round, the bout is considered official for betting purposes, regardless of the scheduled length, weight, classification or championship sanction.

b)
When a draw/tie is posted on the board as one of the options available to wager on and the fight ends in a draw, Intertops pays only the bets on a draw and does not refund any wagers on either fighter.

c)
Round by Round Betting Proposition: If the fight ends in a points verdict or a draw, your bet has lost. If either fighter fails to answer the bell for a round, the fight is judged to have finished in the previous round.

d)
For betting on Distance Propositions, ½ handicap equals 50% duration of next round in minutes and seconds.

e)

f)
All fights must take place within one (1) week of the specified date to have action unless otherwise noted.

g) In the event of a ‘no contest’ being declared, all bets will be made void.

i) Winning Proposition
Draw or technical draw - Draw is scorecard draw. Technical draw is if the ref stops the fight before the start of the 5th round, for any reason other than knockout, technical knockout or disqualification.

KO or TKO - Knockout (KO) is when the boxer does not stand up after a 10 count. Technical knockout (TKO) is the 3 knockdown rule or if the ref steps in.

Decision or technical decision - Decision is the result according to the judge's scorecards. Technical decision is if the fight can’t continue for any reason after the 5th round other than knockout, technical knockout or disqualification.

j) Round or group of rounds betting
If for any reason the number of rounds in a fight is changed, bets on round betting already placed will be void and stakes returned. For betting purposes, betting on rounds or groups of rounds is for a fighter to win by KO, TKO or disqualification during that round or group of rounds. In the event of a Technical Decision before the end of the fight, all bets will be settled as a win by Decision.

5.10 HORSE RACING

(a) Intertops accepts wagers for races at several US tracks and key races around the world. Rules relating to dead-heats, futures wagers and minimum/maximum stakes are dealt with in Sections 1 and 2 of our rules.

(b) Scratched Horses. Wagers on horses which are scratched from races will be refunded, with the exception of Futures (Ante Post) bets which will be considered lost. Horses which refuse to enter the starting gate will be considered scratched. However, horses which enter the starting gate, but refuse to race or unseat their jockey will be considered losers. In the event of a race/s being abandoned, declared void or no-contest, all runners in that race/s will be considered scratched. Bets placed with Intertops are not pool bets, meaning that there will be occasions when scratched horses will result in all bets for that particular race being made void. Such horses will be highlighted in the race information.

(c) Coupled Horses. When an owner/trainer has two or more horses entered in a race, they are treated as separate runners. We do not offer coupling or grouping of horses for betting purposes.

(d) Our odds and Morning Line wagers. Intertops offer pre-race wagering (typically 10-15 minutes before post time) and Morning Line wagering (on the day's key races). Your wager is graded at the odds you see and accepted at the time your wager is placed. Our odds fluctuate up until race time and, while care is taken to ensure odds are reflective and accurate, we reserve the right to correct any obvious and palpable error to our displayed Horse Racing odds.

(e) Place Betting. In most races of 8 or more runners, we offer both "Win" and "Place" wagers. A "Place" wager offers you the chance to bet on a horse to finish "in the frame" (i.e. First, Second or Third) at a fraction of the "Win" odds, normally one-fifth. If less than six horses take part in a particular race, "Place" bets on that race will be refunded.

(f) Exacta, Trifecta, Exotics and Daily Doubles. On major races, we offer a variety of special wagers, including our regular Daily Double. If one of your selections in these special wagers is scratched, your wager will be refunded. An Exacta bet wins when your selected horses finish 1st and 2nd in the order specified. A Trifecta bet wins when your selected horse finish 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the order specified. A Daily Double bet wins when both of your selected horses win their selected races.
