2.7 All bonuses awarded to customers shall be considered as betting credits only. Intertops reserves the right to audit all requests for withdrawals, to reclaim any bonuses or winnings that have been accorded prior to a failed audit and to alter or discontinue a promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever, without notice. If a customer takes money out of his/her account and places it back into his/her account, this will not be eligible for a re-deposit bonus.

After having received a bonus, customers shall be permitted to convert such betting credits to cash for the purpose of withdrawing funds only if the following applies:

a) 10%, 16%, 20%, 25%, 50%, 100% bonus
Customers shall be permitted to withdraw funds only if 10 times the bonus amount was played as an equivalent of the number of raked hands in Poker, except stated otherwise. Example: In the event that Intertops awards a 20% bonus and the customer deposits € 100.00, the customer must play the following number of raked hands to get the bonus released into his account.10 (conversion multiplier) x 20 (Bonus amount for this example) = 200 "Raked Hands" * must to be played in Poker, before a bonus can be paid out.

a) Refer-a-Friend Bonus
For payouts of the “refer-a-Friend-Bonus” the same calculation basis and terms as stated in 2.7 a) apply

c) Intertops.net tokens, complimentary (prepaid) bonus
In order to receive a payout after credit of Intertops.net Win or Complimentary (prepaid) bonus the same calculation basis and terms as stated in 2.7 A) apply. The only difference is that the conversion multiplier is 15.

2.8 If you do not wish to receive a bonus on your deposit, please notify Intertops at the time of your deposit and before you place you first wager. In this case only will rules 2.7a, 2.7b, and 2.7c not apply.

2.9 In the event your deposits qualify for more than one bonus promotion, you are entitled to the bonus with the highest percentage.

2.10 From time to time, Intertops may award as a bonus or prize, the right to place a free bet. These free bets, to be paid out, a minimum of 10 times the bonus amount = Number of raked hands * must be played in Poker, before a bonus can be paid out, except stated otherwise.

2.12 Bonus programs are intended for recreational bettors only. Professional players or players considered to be abusing the bonus system may have their bonuses as well as any winnings from wagers based on such bonuses forfeited and be subject to further sanctions, at the sole discretion of the Intertops management. In case of abuse, Intertops reserves the right to discontinue a customer's membership and to prevent the player from accessing any Intertops sites in the future.

2.13 Intertops reserves the right to exclude customers from certain or all bonus promotions without prior notice. No correspondence will be entered into.

2.14 For additional and specific details see the small print of individual bonus promotions. All promotions are valid until further notice.

2.15 If a customer's Intertops betting account is credited with a cash-bonus, customers shall be permitted to convert such bonus to cash for the purpose of withdrawing funds only if 10 times the bonus amount was played as an equivalent of the number of raked hands in Poker, except stated otherwise. Only one 5 Euro Paysafecardfree bonus is valid per customer account.

*A raked hand is one where you are dealt cards in a cash game and the pot reached the agreed level and a rake is taken of 25c and above.

** The offer is available to genuine players only, genuine players being ones that are active /participating in games with the intention of winning pots. Any players who attempt to abuse the offer by contributing only the small/big blinds with no intention to actively participate in games will forfeit the right to claim the opening bonus.
